Aww, that's really pretty!!! I would go with a bare neck because of the brooch and an simple yet elaborate bracelet. Then for shoes i would get a pair of strappy silver heels. And i love the hair that's in the picture...do something like that! Maybe with a half updo.

PINK SHOES!!!! open toe.....strappy......maybe some pale/soft pink accessories. if you wear your hair up, which i think is cute, you'll appear taller. don't know if that's what you're going for tho......idk. definately pink shoes tho.....

I would go with a fun cuff bracelett and wear your hair like audrey hepburn in breakfast at tiffanys- if you haven't seen it look for photos on the web. She is timeless in that black gown. Keep your makeup fairly minimal and your skin tan and glowing. Avoid overaccessorizing that dress is enough of a statement. Best of luck.
