cut it a little bit lower than your shoulders it will make your face rounder which will be a different look, have layers with a blunt cut. and make your part to the side so you have side bangs.

I say perm it, there are many perms, not all of them are the "poodle perm", check itno your option and look up your face shape in the search engines. This will help you narrow down what will look good and bad on you.

I suggest a pixie cut with layers. Some edgy looking side-bangs also. and then get highlights and lowlights if you want to keep it blonde. If not, then I think you should go for a light sandy brown color. It'll match your skin tone well.

If you want to make a statement, I would put honey colored highlights in. Then I would get full on bangs, and then layer it from there. I'd get it cut to about shoulder length.

Maybe try short layers.I did,at first it was about to my shoulders with layers then it grew out.It looks really good.For the color maybe die it chocolate brown if you want to change the color.These are just suggestions,you look good as is.

grow it out..not to be gay..but long hair on you would look soo good and then get a "chunk" of hair side banged if that makes sense life a bit past your eyebrow..thicker on one side

The general census seems to be a Posh cut or a layered cut (toward your face) w or without bangs. I found these two cuts before reading what others said. I think you should go lighter. With your cute face, in my opinion you would attract more attention going lighter. You have a blonde look. I just would NOT cut it up off my neck or higher than touching shoulders. Just remember that its what you like that matters. If youre not comfy w it, you wont present yourself confidently. My BFF has always had a short choppy chic cut....bleach blonde-average blonde color. she recently went in for dark brown chunks and came out with black hair and blond pieces. Shes stuck w it bc of so much past coloring. Everyone loves it but her and me. She gets compliments from strangers, ok? BUT....SHE doesnt like it, so ASAP she will go back to what SHE likes. YOU be happy and if other people dont like your choice, tell 'em not to look. Its your choice babe!
