i think a reddish color would look better on you... maybe a brown with red undertones. but the color you want wouldnt look terrible. i think the bangs would look nice too

i think just the dark brown wouldn't be good, throw a lot of lighter highlights in it..love the bangs,,u gotta very cute face..especially for the bangs.

i really love mileys hair, its so soft and unique, i mean most teenagers today have the classic straight hair with blonde highlights, but she keeps hers in shades of brown and it look gorgeous. I would say sure, but die semi permanent first so that if u dont like it itll wash off, as for the cut its layers all over, and for styling use a big curling iron or hot rollers.
